About Our Gym!

The Alabama Starz represent Head Over Heels (HOH).  We offer USA Gymnastics Women’s levels 2-10 competition teams, Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum competition teams, Men's levels 4-10 competition teams, and Trampoline & Tumbling competition teams.  Our philosophy is to contribute to the development of our athletes as strong competitors and strong young people.  We believe gymnastics is about more than routines and skills – the values of hard work, goal setting and team participation are among the many character building lessons our athletes learn through gymnastics. We have an excellent, highly trained coaching staff dedicated to helping each athlete reach their goals. Our coaches are USA Gymnastics background checked and safety certified.
